"I truly enjoyed Mrs Cindy as my phlebotomy instructor at CTI. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and makes class easy to understand, shared lots of experiences with techniques that we used in class when drawing blood specimens on a variety of different patients (my volunteers). Class size was small, which allowed more one on one in the classroom and lab. The school had plenty of supplies on hand, never ran out, not like some schools (Milan) which I had to keep purchasing supplies so my daughter could practice her required skills. CTI campus director Megan was very helpful through the entire process from start to finish. Keeps you up to date on future appointments, helps filling out applications for your national exam, responds in a timely manner when you have questions, very professional. Overall experience I would recommend CTI if you are looking to become a phlebotomist. You won’t be disappointed, ."
