"I would take your business elsewhere especially if out of state and relying on quality shipping and saddle arriving as seen in photos. Excuse was something like saddle strings must have made those oil spots. Why not disclose that risk ahead of time? ADD A DISCLAIMER. As I wouldn't have purchased the $3k + saddle. And then proceeds to keep asking me what I had in mind to make things right (I said 10-15% off as I DON'T KNOW) - rudely responds with well that's unreasonable and we can refund $100 or you can send back (Shipping was $80 for this saddle) and I would have to pay to ship it back. Why even ask in the first place? and then proceeds to say they would talk to owner, but we can't do that. Why not let the owner handle it then? All in all lesson learned to be weary of businesses who don't stand behind quality. I 100% believe all the other negative reviews of rude staff."
