"I came in to the Woodbury location to get fitted for my first motorcycle helmet since I took up riding an electric scooter. At first, I was about to leave after seeing the huge (honestly, almost overwhelming!) array of helmets on the wall and not getting any kind of help initially — I did see an event happening outside in the parking lot but had no idea who the store employees were. I went back into the store a short time later and got all the help I needed. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience overall, and both the Sedici helmet and gloves I purchased fit perfectly! Maybe I missed something, but I would expect employees would have some kind of identification to let customers know who actually works inside."
