"I believe in supporting local businesses as much as we can but this was a disaster. I placed an order of 5 shirts, 2 weeks before Christmas. I wanted to surprise my man with monogram shirts for his new company. I paid upfront so that the would not be a problem getting materials. She partially completed 2 shirts but part of the label was missing and the shirts were covered in dog hair (he's allergic). I called and stop by for a month wondering the status of the rest of the order. She said every excuse she could. "I was sick, I was out of town". Still no shirts. Finally, I decided I just wanted my money back. I was extremely patient, hoping to find a person to not only make his company shirts but shirts for the company I work for. Monogramming lasts much longer than screening but she avoided my calls. When I finally did get a hold of Karen she said she would put my shirts on her porch (guess now they were done) and I could pick them up. I reiterate that I no longer wanted the shirts, I wanted a refund. Haven't heard from her since. I'll take the loss but if you needed charity, you could have just asked. I donate all the time."

"EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I would avoid this business at all costs. We brought football jerseys to her to get last names on them. Immediately after getting the jerseys back the letters of the names were falling off. When we picked them up she said that if it happens to bring them back and she would fix them. Well trying to get ahold of her is extremely difficult because she dodges calls and answers with one word texts. Finally got her to resond and had us drop the jerseys that needed to be fixed off at her door because "something came up" and she wouldn't be home. That was not a problem, I dropped them off with a paper that had the proper spellings of the names that needed to be fixed. When picking them up "something came up" again and she was going to leave them on the door step. No chance to speak with her face to face and go over the order with her as she avoided contact. She failed to give us back all of the jerseys we had her fix and didn't even try to fix one of them. Doesn't answer her phone so no chance at getting our money back. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!"

"I would advise that everyone steer clear of this one. I placed an order before Christmas for some monogramming on some shirts for some of my employees...not only has the monogramming not been done but now she won't answer my calls and still has all of the shirts at her house. She won't answer her door and is refusing any contact. I have had to reorder the shirts and plan to take them to embroidme where I don't have to worry about the return of company property! This is no different than a common thief as far as I am concerned."
