"Loved one sat around for two hours to see the doctor after arriving 10 minutes early to her appointment. When she asked how much longer it would be they told her at least another hour on top of that as there were still 4+ patients in front of her. This has happened every single time since the remodel. It's ridiculous and unethical to book so many patients that you have wait times exceeding several hours. We're looking for a new eye doctor. If you are too, I recommend staying away from Fullerton Eye Institute. They don't value your time, how could they value your health?"
