"DO NOT COME HERE THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS HORRIBLE HERE! The receptionist will belittle you and make you feel like they would rather be doing anything but helping you. You will not receive quality care at this establishment, and they will judge you on your insurance type. I brought my sister in to get her some help with her skin. Her acne has been a long-time issue for her, and when we arrived, I explained to them that I would be paying out of pocket for her visit because my sister has medical. I didn't want to make her wait a month for insurance to approve the referral; that being said, the receptionist told me how I could afford to pay the visit if I had medical. I'm too poor to pay for the office visit. I have never been so disrespected like this until today. It is so disappointing, and I'm disgusted with this attitude."

"I should have read the yelp reviews before wasting my time here. I made an appointment for 1pm a few weeks ago and the receptionist told me to arrive 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork since I’m a new patient. I arrived 20minutes early as requested, just to find that the office is closed everyday from 12-1pm for lunch. I had to take time off work to make this appointment. No one has time for this. When I was finally “allowed in” I was obviously frustrated. The woman at the front desk (Claudia) was insanely rude. I asked why they would tell me to come in early - and she snapped back “WHO DID YOU SPEAK TO?!” Does anyone write the name down of someone who made their appointment? She then said “WELL ITS ON OUR DOOR”. I snapped back quickly at this point- no one drives down and reads a door when they call and make an appointment. She never even apologized. I will NEVER come back to this office for the plain reason of how rude their front desk is. I’m absolutely appalled."

"Went in to get some skin issues on my neck checked out. Front office staff very welcoming, and kind. Got me checked in and was about a 10 minute wait. Once in the room spoke with the nurse about my visit, she made some notes and let me know the Dr. would be in shortly. Dr. came in about 5 minutes later and spoke with me about the concerns I had. Checked them out and took care of the concerns. I highly recommend CSI. Great overall experience. Will be going back in a few weeks for a check up."

"Front and back office staff are very friendly and efficient. Dr. Friedman is very knowledgeable and kind. He is not a man of lots of words, but is always able to take the time to answer any questions I may have. I have always been seen at my appointment time or earlier. I am extremely confident in the care I get at this facility."
