BUT first impressions are EVERYTHING! And Tami, his office assistant, is a huge asset as far as I'm concerned. She's become to feel like a friend...like a "let's do lunch, pal" as she has been so friendly, so knowledgeable, and a warrior when I've needed assistance with an out of state office. I know when I need anything from her she will do her very best to make sure I'm happy at the resolution. "The worst agent ever. He argued with me and refused to give me the documents I requested and told me that the a Minnesota State Board of Cosmetology was wrong for asking for a certificate of insurance and repeatedly gave me a declaration, so I had find a different insurance agency that did give me a certificate of insurance. He also didn’t cancel my renter’s insurance since I was no longer renting and instead transferred it to my new residential address after already telling him to cancel it. Only when I got charged for renter’s insurance on my new address and brought it to his attention AGAIN did he finally cancel it."
