"Great place in general sometimes the service can be slow but that's only when they need to make new food."

"Slowest drive thru in the great state of MN. No contest. Probably the slowest restaurant in the city and that includes sit down diners and the pizza place."

"I've been tp this location many times and have waited to review it , I have to only give it a 3 star, their food has always been hot and good, the I've cream I have gotten there is almost always a mess or melted or both. The staff are sometimes very friendly, and other times very unfriendly. I will probably stop again but only as a last choice ."

"Our family loves DQ. Tonight, this DQ fell very short. The wait was really long. Now maybe they were short staffed, I can’t say for sure since we took the drive through, but it took quite a long time. When we got our food, the first thing I noticed was the ice cream was melted, like it had been sitting there for about 5-10 minutes. The fries were lukewarm, and the gravy for our chicken was cold not room temp cold, refrigerated cold. Of course we were already on our way and were frustrated enough that we had to wait as long as we did, but thought it was very unusual for supper time at DQ. Very disappointed in this location."

"Honestly just confused about their set-up. There were 3 cars ahead of us and we ordered in the drive through and someone came and took our card for payment, no problem, we figured it would be quick at the window then. She comes back with our card and the two sundays…but we still are 3 cars deep and need to wait for our chicken strip box. The ice cream was melted by the time we got the chicken strips. Then we were even more disappointed when we open the chicken strip box. Barely any fries and the bread looked gross. I guess we won’t be returning. The wait was ridiculous."
