"Nightmare of experience with ALLEN the owner. Called to get price for tire change he said $27 per tire, plus labor, I loaded the heavy bike in my car took it to his shop then he quoted me plus $80/tire saying $27 is just for tube. I then asked him why did he not disclose that to me over the phone and that’s when he went nuclear crazy started screaming at me saying “get out of my store and never come back”. I even told him ok I will pay and I need to drop off bike due to family emergency I need the space in my car to attend to my family, but he kept screaming to get out of the store. Never had any experience in my life like that and I told him I have a family emergency and need space in my car. All because I asked why he did not disclose all the charges over the phone! He is a terrible business owner and won’t support you after you buy their very expensive Ebikes. He is possibly mad because his store was empty and doesn’t want to deal with servicing after you buy !Online you can find better e-bikes with better range for a fraction of cost with better support. It’s unfortunate how Allen the owner is treating his customers after the sale is done. And as you can read other reviewers with similar complaints. I called their corporate office to file a complaint and “Vanessa” was nice and apologetic and she said “IM SORRY THATS ALLENS PERSONALITY” … so if you are reading this BEWARE"

"We have had our Pedego bikes over 7 years. Pedego is still in business when many electric bike companies have gone out of business or are about too. Pedego has retail stores stores and service centers across the country so never an issue in maintaining your bike or buying accessories. Also have been told Pedego batteries are one of the very few that are UL certified letting us know they are safe. Highly recommend Pedego bikes and to visit our local Pedego store in Rancho Santa Margarita. Ask for Allan or Lorenzo."

"Allan, Is a very friendly guy… who helped me with all my bike needs. I would like to say that it is worth the money for the Pedego brand because if you have a problem he will fix it . The other brand I had I couldn’t find anyone to help adjust and do tune ups for me. It’s so nice to have my bike work like a dream. Thanks"

"The owner, Allan, is incredible! There isn’t anything about the Pedigo bikes he doesn’t know. He will outfit you with the perfect bike for you and your riding interests. If he doesn’t have what you are looking for, he may be able to order it for you. He has at least one of every style unless it’s purchased right before you visit the store. You can text ride the bikes there. No rentals, which isn’t a bad thing, as this helps keep his AND yours down. He won’t over sell anything to you or push you into anything. A happy customer is the best! We are always happy with this store! Hope to visit again soon."
