"***Zero stars. GO ANYWHERE ELSE*** Scam alert. Be very careful when terminating a membership( not suspending a membership which I didn't know was even an option) They'll wait several months then randomly start charging you again and they will not refund anything. Also beware of random increase to membership fees without being informed which was observed in the fraudulent charges. Danny was an absolute joke saying he'll get fired if he issues a refund. Horrible customer service. ** Someone on your end messed up but I pay for it ** check yelp reviews, I'm not the only one. No one threatened anyone nor got screamed at. Seems your staff is a bit sensitive as well."
"D-bats is quite the mixed bag when it comes to an experience there. The facility is clean, and the machines are modern with plenty of options for getting in some hitting practice. 4 cages to choose from with varying degrees of speed for practicing baseball/softball. The cons are that it is now quite expensive to practice after a recent 60% or so increase. The quality of the baseballs and softballs is not the best. Some lopsided, some mushy and some to firm your hands will be stinging."
"Loyal customer and member since opening in 2017. This year was their first price increase. I didn't receive a notice in the newsletter. Didn't see a sign posted in the building notifying of the upcoming change. The online pricing wasn't changed until 1/6/24. 1/4/24, my team Manager rented a cage and was not told of any change. 1/6/24 was told of the price change when trying to rent a cage to discover that the prices have almost double. I am not mad of the price change. The issue was how horrible the communication of the change was conducted how the manager handled my grievances when I contacted him. In the future work on proper communication skills and how you treat loyal members. Also calibrate those horrible pitching machines."
"This is more of a response to the owner's response. As far as I knew the bat I bought form Matt Hinds was a 100% proper purchase, because when I bought hitting screen and 3 boxes of balls from him in-front you. You bragged about what a good guy you were to let Matt have a side thing doing some team sales. I never had a lesson off of the books as you state. I looked at my Amex statements and I have a D-Bats transaction basically every week and I get a text every time a transaction is run on my cards. I was sent an alert from Amex every time I left a lesson. I never dissected the notifications sent because I trusted your business was following proper PCI rules as laid out buy the credit card brands. As far as free lessons, you called me and offered me the lessons because of the irregular charges on my account you wanted to try to make things better. I told you to do what ever you thought was fair. YOU decided 3 free lessons. Not me. My bat review was in response to the bat taste you left in my mouth with your comment that "CUSTOMERS WERE TO BE LOYAL TO YOU, AND THAT YOU WERE NOT LOYAL TO THEM". With how you choose to run or just let your business run-amuck without any guidance is on you."
"I was a Platinum member at this location from the time this facility from the day they opened in January 2017. The owner has "0" loyalty to any customers he even told me that he is not loyal to me as a customer and he only cares that I be loyal to him. Mind you, I was spending almost $600 a month there. This owner also aloud his manager to run my card fraudulently for several months worth of time before he caught it. He is the definition of an absentee owner."
