"I'm going to tell you something. The 2 girls. The 2 ONLY girls, only people period in the whole place...... did an amazing job. Being shortstaffed and overworked, these girls still had a friendly smile and still got our orders out promptly, and they were good meals. This was on 3/10/24 around 7, I believe . The manager should give them a bonus cause they worked a 6 person job by themselves and did it perfectly. I would have been so stressed and put a sign on the door that said closed. Good job ladies."

"They have like 4 spots with a tow sign (which said tows only for those particular spots) , which is understandable. My sister and I wanted to go to Phoholic, and since there is NO parking anywhere else, we tried to park in the very back near autozone (with no tow signs). There were zero cars in the entire lot that could fit like 40; it was also the dead of winter at 6 PM. As soon as my sister and I got out, the staff kept giving us dirty looks and then ran out to say they would tow us. I get it if it was summer/packed, and I understand you want to save it for customers, but that’s absolutely ridiculous when there is NO ONE in your parking lot and the tow signs on a different spot says it doesn’t apply to the whole lot. We all know how Duluth has a problem with parking, so stop being a jerk about it."

"Did an online order and ordered 4 double cheeseburgers chicken fries,large fry,8 piece Mott sticks. We were shorted a double cheese and I sent my wife in to get the other double cheese and my wife says the lady making the food says in a rude manner that "well I made four of them" so that would insinuate that we are liars and I don't appreciate being called a liar over a double cheeseburger when we frequent burger king. I can't believe an employee would act this way in front of us paying customers. The guy at the counter was polite and very helpful and went back and made it for us and my wife said that the double cheese that didn't make it in the bag was sitting in warmer shoot where they put the burgers after they are made. I don't usually leave a review but being called a liar is where I draw the line when we were shorted."

"I ordered the Bacon King, and it is absolutely amazing. The burger and the bacon along with the mayo and ketchup was awesome. Definitely thinking to go again!"

"Ordered a BACON, egg, and cheese croissant.. well I got a couple bites into it and realized that they got 2 out of 3! LBS! No Bacon on the sandwich. Pretty sure that's the most expensive item on that sandwich. Also previous orders have had similar problems. Shift leaders/managers should be double checking these orders for accuracy."
