"Tomatoes that this place is serving are disgusting, beyond ripe. Buffalo nuggets are covered in some kinda seasoning salt that just ruins them. The customer service was great though. The gentleman there was very nice."
"Terrible service tonight 02/14 after 11 p.m. - I tried to order a 2 cheeseburgers meal. While it's not on the formal menu board, the Central MN/Saint Cloud area Burger Kings let you order it for around $10 plus tax. This Duluth Burger King refused to honor it and wanted to charge me at least $3 more, which made me drive away. Rather than overcharging customers unapologetically, try actually being customer friendly..."
"We waited 15 minutes after ordering. While there were people going through the drive through, we were the only people in the restaurant. And then, when our order finally came up, I had to go up a few times to request items that had been left out of our order. The people working just did not seem to really care to serve us and seemed indifferent."
"Our family of 6 pulled up on a weekend evening. The lights were on and we could see at least four workers inside. When they saw us walking up, they all ran into the back of the kitchen. The door was licked, though the sign said they were open until 10pm."
