"I called multiple times on an off-season Friday to confirm the details of renting and where we can put in for our private, standup paddle boards. They informed us we had to put in at Baby beach or at Doheny and then I made sure where we could meet up. Making it VERY clear we were coming that day. NOT ONCE Did they say you better come before 3 or 3:15 PM because we will likely close early even though all the information on our our website says you can rent until 3:45 So we show up at 3:20 and they say they are not renting after 3:30, I pointed out that it is not even 3:30 and then he kept apologizing, saying that everyone has already packed up and left?!!! Absolutely horrible customer service, absolutely no information on their website. I have family visiting in town, and it just is absolutely awful that they cannot have better customer service. I also paid five dollars for two hour parking and no way to get that back or get time back with my family for an outing that we had planned."

"I have to admit I thought it would be a little lame to paddle around the harbor but I was so wrong. On my recent visit a buddy and I rented a coupe of kayaks and quickly started running in to Sea Lions. It was amazing to see them lounging, swimming and barking. Of course don’t touch or get too close to the wildlife. It was really fun to watch them to their thing, fun to see the big boats and ended up being a way cooler day than I expected."

"If you are visiting Dana Point, this is the place to rent kayaks and standup paddle boards! Equipment is kept up. Service is friendly, and the atmosphere is awesome. Parking is free. Right in the heart of the harbor. Go for lunch or coffee after your fun day on the water. You may even see a sealion or two."

"Had so much fun! He will not find jet skis at a better price and they are so nice. We went on a Monday 10:30 a.m. and got the best price of $105 per hour per jet ski. If it wasn't fully booked I would have paid for the extra hour. Unfortunately you could only Reserve 1 hour at a time they don't make reservations for 2 hours but it was still a very good deal. Even if I came after noon on a weekend it was still be the best deal in Southern California. When you get there you need to watch a video and fill out some information on a pad be very careful pressing outside of the square as they tell you because you really will have to start over it was annoying. But then they were so nice everybody inside and out side. Thank you so much for making my birthday affordable we had a blast we'll never forget how much fun we had!"

"They make the procedure pretty simple. That's a good thing for us cause it's not our first time doing this. But for beginners you might need more specific tutorial. Just something need to mention. The rest parts are great. The water is interesting and you can watch sea birds and sea lions closely."
