"Always a pleasure coming into the office during a Holiday with all the decorations (especially when you’re in pain)… but this Holiday made me even smile. Appreciate your staff and I hope you fill their stockings to the brim. I’ll be asking in January."
"Been seeing Dr. Bloom for years. He and Dr Nguyen have helped me with my back and knee problems. They are easy to talk too and always listen to my concerns and offers different treatments options. They always treats me with kindness. And the office staffs is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this office."
"A very bad experience. I cried during the first few seconds of an EMG nerve conduction study and Dr. Bloom stopped the test and refused to conduct the remainder of it. He acted in a demeaning way toward me, asking me "You think you can do this test? I don't." A good doctor would be willing to work with their patient and meet them where they are at to get the test they need done. There was none of this, not even having a conversation about the procedure. Zero provider-patient collaboration. The appointment left me feeling hopeless about resolving my nerve issue."
"Until I started seeing Dr. Bloom for very bad arthritis in my wrists and hands, I was getting bounced around the health care system without any resolution. Dr. Bloom used the best available diagnostics to determine a treatment plan, referring me to other specialists as needed (but not to pass me off). For the first time, my doctor was actually coordinating my care with other doctors. I've never experienced long waits to be scheduled or seen...but it is a medical office, so sometimes it's busier than others with emergencies (which is true at all medical offices.) Also, he's honest ... he won't suggest expensive procedures he doesn't think have a good chance of helping. And, his staff are caring and professional. If you're in pain, I recommend you see him ... especially if/before you're considering surgery."
"Dr. Bloom and his staff go above and beyond for their patients. I had such a pleasant experience, and I love that he speaks to you like a human and that he is not superior by being the doctor in the room. He explains things in a way that you can easily understand instead of the usual doctor speak you get at most places. I can tell he cares and is very friendly when he passes people in between going in and out of rooms. I've even seen patients bring him treats or gifts for his child. You can tell he has a great connection with his staff and patients. Thanks for making a normally uncomfortable situation a more pleasant one."
