"Danny made our Peloton experience seriously next level. My partner and I have been avid peloton digital members for the past year and decided to come take a look at the Bike+ before buying. I called the morning of the day we wanted to come by and he was so nice and gave me his name saying he’d be there that afternoon as well to answer any questions, show us the bike, etc. When we arrived he was SO helpful with absolutely everything. Got us fitted for our shoes, got us our weights, made the whole purchase of the bike a phenomenal experience. We were so stoked and it took all of about 15 minutes. Our bike+ was delivered the day and time we selected without issue (by the nicest guys)! It’s honestly one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you so much, Danny and the whole Peloton crew."
"Danny S. was incredibly helpful. He helped us figure out the best options/package AND we got our bike delivered to our house 16 hours after we placed our order with him. Buy your peloton bike at the store! If we had ordered online, we likely would have had the long wait time for delivery. They were very clean in the store. FYI: You have to sign up for an appointment time online in advance in order to enter the store."
"I LOVE this store ! Not only because I love Peloton, but mainly because of the amazing and professional staff that never fail to make me feel welcome. I met Ashli Ottati almost 2 years ago when I was looking into buying my first Peloton Bike. I had a TON of questions and she could not have been nicer. She was so patient and knowledgable while answering each and every one of my questions. She arranged my order and I could not be happier. Since then, I have referred her to all of my friends who even mention the name Peloton and the feedback is the same. They all LOVE her ! Several friends have purchased their first bike with ASHLI. "Buying the bike was super easy, getting the bike is another story. I have been waiting for my bike since October and have spent 3 separate occasions waiting all day only for the bike to not show up. Peloton is great at selling bikes but the customer service is terrible, they do not have any answers that make sense, they do not know the chain of command and after spending 2400.00 on an item, I have no idea where my bike is and neither do the Peloton people. At the Century City store my sales person has never returned my calls, I have spoken to his associate, who was rude did not help and just kept saying we are only the sales people. Well....if you sell me something you should be concerned when I do not receive the item. I really want a Peloton bike but do not go to the the Century City stop at all and do not work with Brian or Matt ever!!!!!!!!! Disgraceful way to treat customers"
"Hate to write reviews when I am unsatisfied but this store has put me in a serious imposition due to their misinformation. Not only have I had to explain to my boss why his bike is not here, but I have now wasted hours of my busy day dealing with the issue unnecessarily on a customer service line. Went into Peloton Century city to purchase a bike on July 27. Nobody asked to assist me so I approached the salesman. Bought the bike and was promised delivery in 10 days. Not assuming he meant business days the bike is already late and I received NO Email stating the delivery time and purchase confirmation. The bike it well over $1000 so this is concerning. Finally, today I had to call customer service. While on the line- I overhear another customer service rep apolozing to a customer for the exact same issue, " Your bike has not been delivered on the date promised and you have received no confirmation email? I'm so sorry, let me look that up for you.." after explaining my issue to Brandon on the customer service line, he immediately sent the confirmation email ( not explaining why it wasn't done prior) and stated the bike would be delivered 10 days from today ( which would be 8/15). Since that day was not the originally stated delivery date there were some conflicts for the the delivery. The best they could do was apologize for the salesperson's misinformation. When a product is over $1000, the service should be organized, the product should be delivered in a timely manner and receipts should be sent immediately. Peloton did not hit any of these basic standards."
