"This is my personal experience with this law firm and is my opinion only. Your experience may vary. This firm apparently specializes in copyright issues, so I emailed the firm regarding a legal copyright issue I was having. I received, rather promptly, next morning an email from Glenn Peterson. After that, nothing. I never got to speak with him or go into much detail about two issues I was having. He said he would call me later in the afternoon, he didn't. No big deal, lawyers get busy, but the following day I followed up politely again. Nothing. No further correspondence was ever received. Knowing this I'm actually glad we did not retain this law firm, I can only assume this is how they'd treat me the entire time."

"Had to seek this firm out to give them a rating based on my interactions with Richard Watts. He is the most arrogant, disrespectful and unprofessional attorney I have come across to date. I am in the legal field and work with many attorneys in my daily work, and never have I come across someone such as Mr. Watts. When there is a dispute among parties, it is in everyone's best interest to find common ground and try to reach some sort of agreement that can be accepted by both parties.
