"I brought in a machine that I tried trouble shooting myself before hand. They gave me pointers and helped me all the way, I went through every forum and even bought the tech manual online. They never were wrong on what to look for, I ended up needing to take it to them to split the engine case to fix the machine. Simonar even only charged the base rate hours set by Can Am, and I know the techs checked everything out after talking to them; and I’m confident in my engine. I even got back the bad parts that I didn’t ask for! That is an honest person to me. They have got a new lifetime customer, I’ve never worked with a better dealer! Thank you and you helped me save money you’ll see me again! To clarify on the hours they charged me set by Can Am, they didn’t find anything else wrong while looking at the machine."
