"Horrible! every year trying to get PCI compliant web site horrid now they say with clover?? and they are Aurora?? who is chosen payments? are they clover or aurora??? and they want merchants to be compliant? who regulates them???? ***EDIT After a nasty email and 7 + people later my PCI issue was resolved and thank you for that but it is sad it has to come to this. It is not only this industry but every stinking place you go. Our up and coming workers are clueless and not worth the minimum wage I made when starting in the workforce @ $3.10 an hour."

"The service with this company used to be off the chain- always excellent. It has severely diminished. In the process of becoming PCI compliant, I have learned that they have farmed everything out. Service has gone down the tubes. I will be changing processors."

I guess they use all sorts of third parties so my merchant login isn't on their site, I get emails from someone saying they are with TSYS.com then there email address is from globalpay.com, they can't get it done, very frustrating."
