"Man I truly feel like I can't write enough about this gym, wether it's from the equipment always being spotless and ready, to the Love from all the staff and the owner, this truly has been the place I have been calling home for the past year. They have great trainers ready to make full body transformations and the environment itself is amazing. Security and privacy is a big deal for me and this gym has it covered, You get a key fob once you join and it truly keeps this place private, safe, and clean. "I've been coming to this gym now for a few months and I really enjoy everything about it; The location, equipment and friendly staff, especially Paul. A while back a friend recommend me to train with him so I decided to give him and the gym a try. He's very nice, patient, and experimentally educated in his training. He made me feel very comfortable training and has been extremely patient and professional. The gym is very clean and accommodating. They really make everyone feel at home from the moment you step foot inside. I love coming for my work outs and look forward to my training. Highly recommend!"

"I've been working out with Paul consistently for 2 years. He keeps the workout fun, and seems to have many creative workouts based on your fitness goals. He always shows up, and texts on rare occasions when he's running late. My wife also trained with him and got great results. I've been trying to get my 16 year old daughter to train with him too. The gym is always clean, and he intentionally limits membership combership, so I never gets too busy. Paul is genuine and kind. Paul is sincerely concerned about his clients well being.
