"Bought the hoyt rx7 carbon less then a year ago and spent around 3,000$. I’ve shot it less then 100x. Went to use it last week and seen this. I’ll update this review after I see how little Jon’s and hoyt handles this. At the moment I’ll never buy another hoyt bow! The review is more for customer service/warranty issues and doesn’t necessarily reflect the store itself. I was busy throughout the day and forgot to call but to my surprise Lil Jon actually reached out to me after seeing the review. Going in this Friday to see what we can do. So the update…. Maybe my hearing is going out but I’m pretty certain when I went into the store to show the bow I was told the arrow release was coming down and hitting the arrow rest.. went into the store to pick it up and asked if he could move it up so it wouldn’t hit the rest but his response changed and I was told it’s up high enough.. was told he knew a professional painter also that could make it look almost new and we agreed to go that route since hoyt wouldn’t do ANYTHING for me (not buying hoyt agin) Could’ve saved myself gas and time and did this myself honestly. Be careful ordering arrows from this establishment. I specifically asked and ordered bare shafts with my bow and they sold me 6 pre fletched arrows instead"
