The guy who helped answer my questions and let me do a text drive normally works in service, but was still able to guide me to get the right bike size and accessories. "I (Sylvia) have neurological problems related to my neck and needed considerable modifications for a bike with shock absorbers. This required a handlebar different from the stock one, as well as new brake and derailleur cables and other lesser modifications. The staff at Machinery were very patient and kind and worked very hard to create a bike that will greatly improve my biking comfort, but, more importantly, will be much safer for my neck and spine.
