"I’m so impressed and satisfied with the overall experience of focus. I purchased a cruiser board from them about 4 years ago and loved the customer service then, and I’m now on the hunt for a snowboard setup. I understand it’s already nearing the end of our very short winter season this year, but they were still able to find me comparable alternatives to the items I picked out that were no longer available anywhere. These guys are so nice and helpful, without the slightest bit of annoyance to my thousands of questions. They helped my fiancé get set up with a fantastic set of boots and bindings to upgrade the board he already has as well. Did you know you could have your snowboard boots molded to your fit right in store? Because we didn’t, but they did that for him. He wasn’t even able to enjoy snowboarding with his last pair because they were so painful. The new pair he purchased here are perfection after the molding, and he can enjoy the sport all over again. Trust me, a random internet stranger, when I say you should go nowhere else for all things boarding. Pavement or snow alike. THANK YOU FOCUS"
