"I DO NOT RECOMMEND."
"Very unsatisfied with customer service. They have no urgency to fix issues with billing and are rude if you explain the urgency to them. They just say they will get to it when they get to it and wont let you speak with anyone who can help you. I needed a very simple fix on the back end from them and it took days of being unable to run invoices and it is still not fixed and they just hang up when you try to tell them you need to talk to someone working on it right away."
"I used to like them, but they have horrible customer service and have yet to address a matter where a charge back was submitted by a client, and later rescinded by the client. Despite these facts, they have taken twice as much as the client had paid out of our account for the charge back, and have not even paid the client the monies they took from the reversed charge back. So, at this point, I am out twice as much as the client paid me, and the client is out their monies too until this matter is resolved. If I could give them a zero star, I would. This has been going on for three months."
"MyCase works best as a calendaring program. It has no messaging capability and the billing program is inefficient and counter-intuitive. For example, it does not automatically bring a past due balance to the present invoice, you must do that manually. If you have a finance charge, you must do that manually for each bill. We have called the company numerous times about these issues, they agree that it is a problem, but do not fix it."
