"Ok I contacted this attorney and asked him if he handled cps cases he said yes. For 4500 unless it goes to court then an additional 3000 flat rate of 7500. So I sent him a 3000 dollar down payment and he said his office would send me a docusign to be official. Well the docusign didn’t reflect the same verbal agreement that he told me. So I refused to sign over the past month I have sent his office over 28 texts asking them to correct the docusign. I have recieved 4 responses to my request. Mr koohanim only called me back when I asked for my deposit back. He has made no appearances on my behalf or ever interviewed me about my case. Now he is telling me I can’t have my deposit back. What a crook don’t use this firm. They don’t treat their clients with respect. Mr koohanim is a complete fraud. Do not pay this man and if you do good luck getting him to do anything. So I guess Matt koohanim read my review and didn’t like what he read. So he threatened to come after me if I didn’t take it down within 1 hour."

"Our family wants to let people looking for an attorney know that we were gifted with an angel in Matt in the most unique way. We interviewed many, but what we didn't understand is that when our grandchildren were about to end up in CPS, is that we had to get our son freed from the criminal system first to have a shot at saving our grandchildren from a system that doesn't seem to care in my humble opinion about what is truly best for children. They work feverishly to close out cases whether or not they end up in the best living arrangement. Matt is a great dependency attorney and is very sharp and knows the law related to getting families reunited. This is his passion and through his work on our son's case he now has an opportunity to do what is necessary to co-parent in the near future with the Mother of his children. Each step of this journey may not be what we thought we wanted, but it's moving in a very positive direction due to Matt's outstanding knowledge of dependency law. Our son is thriving and his future is bright. He has unlimited FaceTime with his children and their Mother has been very open to allowing our son to see his kids. It's a great start. Matt also did some pro Bono work for another matter surrounding my son's other daughter. That case was dismissed due to Matt's incredible knowledge of the law. We are so thankful for Matt's hard work on behalf of our family. He has just the right amount of finesse when needed and when necessary he is a super shark in the courtroom.
