"My daughter moved to the University across the street from this office, so we transferred her case here. My daughter has been to 3 other specialist for the past 3 plus yrs to figure out what was going on with her skin. After 4 biopsies and several topical ointments the specialist in Sacramento found out what was going on. She was referred to light therapy 3 times a week, which has been going great for the past 3 years. Well once she transferred to this office the Dermotologist decided to reinvent the wheel and took her off light therapy and prescribed topical ointments again. I have no idea why that Dr, took her off what was working. I just transferred her case back to a more competent provider which is over 120 mile drive."

"Well.....I have to revise this review because they went out of business! I got a phone call from one of the employees who said my appointment was canceled because they closed their doors. Major Bummer! After 5 years of coming here and 3 weeks notice? Well, I found Dr. Biden in Modesto and am very happy with the change. I've always been impressed with the staff and Drs. Very knowledgeable and informative Drs."

"The front office staff are surprisingly bad. Billing issues don't get addressed in a timely manner, unless you call 3 months timely. And only with repeated follow ups from me. They forget that they left you on hold. No apologies for delays. Office manager won't call back. There is a lot of support staff in the front office area chatting to each other, but no one seems particularly interested in the patients at the counter. Just terrible all around. One would expect that they would try to gain some goodwill in the community after all the legal troubles.... but no."
