"I wish I could have a Brunswick table to love but Brunswick doesn’t seem to want to ship the one I bought and paid for, communicate consistently and promptly, and give specific details on progress. After 7 weeks I’ve finally contacted my bank to have the charges reversed. I’m so disappointed this has been one of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had. They don’t answer customer service calls live and don’t return voicemails. Emails are sporadically answered and vague. “It should ship tomorrow...” two weeks later nothing and no correspondence. I also have a cover for the table I never received I need to return for a refund. Update: after posting this review I received a message from Brunswick’s sales manager. My table was delivered and set up within a few weeks. As aggravating as this experience was I do love the table."
