"Had a boat pickup scheduled for 9:30am today. We confirmed it with them again a few days again. They called again this morning at 8:14am and left a VM asking us to call back and confirm today's appointment. Called back 3 minutes later and the phones systems said they didn't open until 9am. No other way to get in touch with the person who left the voicemail. Called at 9am and they said they had already "moved on to the next person since we didn't confirm this morning." We asked to change to a different day and they said they didn't have any more openings this season but they would still come today, but 15-20 minutes late. THEN THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. We called, texted, sent FB messages. No one ever answered or responded. No way to get through to anyone. How is this a legitimate business?! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!!"
