Shots 4 Meningitis is a store located at W1426 South Shore Drive in Palmyra, Wisconsin, United States. The store was established in 2005 as part of the Becky Werner Meningitis Foundation, in memory of Becky Werner who lost her life to meningitis in 2004. The store raises funds through the Shots4Meningitis Golf Outing to support research, assist survivors and their families, and raise awareness about meningitis and available vaccines.
