"After several fruitless visits, I've gotten the impression that the owner is a better salesman than technician. Mind you, his salesmanship still isn't very impressive considering his poor communication skills. If your bike has an issue and you can't transport it to the next town over, pray to your god that it's something he once read about in a decades-old owner's manual, because he will refuse to attempt basic problem-solving skills to troubleshoot anything else. You will find neither passion nor ingenuity at this shop; only a bitter old soul full of excuses."

"Came here with my bicycle that had been sitting in my garage for over five years and had two flat tires. John graciously came out to my car to give me an estimate. Decided on a tuneup for safety reasons. Came back two days later and it was all fixed and ready to go. John also helped me pick out and fit me for a helmet. Gave me some tips on starting to ride again. Also brought my bike out to my car and loaded it into my trunk for me. So very excited to start enjoying my summer with my bike. Highly recommend this business!"

"We were in town on a 7-day bicycle tour and I wanted a helmet mirror. Shop's owner, sorry forgot introductions, took the time for me to try on two types: one for helmet and other for glasses. He showed me how to position for correct viewing. Glad to report within a few crank turns down the road, I was already oriented to it. BTW, I went with the helmet mirror.
