Summerset Marine Eagle, WI 53119

"Summerset installed an "all seasons" or Lifetime pier for us this summer on Moose Lake in Waukesha County. It looks incredible and they did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. I am a bit of a perfectionist and they hung with me every step of the way. It started with Ed from their sales department in late Fall of 2021. He patiently walked through what we were looking for which was similar to our old pier. We did extend the seating area a bit because we spend a lot of time out there with coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. He went over a lot of details including painting the steel posts black which would help make them disappear and not as much of an eyesore. He also helped come up with a *scow board" which is an extra piece of wood below the main perimeter of the decking that helps hide the steel posts even more. That was a concern of ours from looking at other piers like this. The final result is spectacular in that you really can't see the metal posts underneath the pier and you're able to just see the beauty of the rest of the pier. In the Spring of 2022, we then started working with Brian from sales who helped coordinate the installation and details. He was incredible to work with. He was very patient and had great follow-through. There were several times where he had to reach out to the engineering department. We had a few changes here and there and he was able to handle everything with grace. On the day of our installation, Tim showed up with his crew on barges and they were pretty impressive. Very, very friendly group of guys and they did a great job. I would highly recommend Summerset for any type of work and their permanent piers are really amazing.
