"I placed an adaptive bike order through a manufacturer overseas with this company back in Aug 2023. Getting updates on the status of my 4k+ order was like pulling teeth every step of the way! When I finally did get the owner on the phone, he was short, and could never provide me with an accurate timeline for when to expect the order delivery. I was eager to receive the order so that I could help drum up business in Nashville as the owner had stated he was looking to expand in the area - but by December, I knew something was up. Shortly thereafter, I received a text message asking for my home address with no further context. I continued to call & text with ZERO response. Weeks later, I received a letter in the mail stating that their business was shutting down a location and they would not be able to fulfill the order! They returned my money, but nothing can replace the 4 months I wasted trying to communicate with this company. We sold our only adaptive bike, certain that we had a new one on the way. As someone who cannot get around without adaptive equipment, this robbed us of the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors & get needed exercise for months. The icing on the cake was when I looked at their Facebook page, and realized they had notified customers (weeks earlier than the letter I had received) that the business was shutting down, but that all existing orders would be fulfilled through their secondary location. I guess not mine, though! AVOID."

"Drove over an hour to demo. Arrived and Mark was less than helpful and almost looked and acted inconvenienced that we were there to demo on such a busy day. Little to no interaction in attempts to help a beginner to the sport of kayaking learn or get informed, or even find out what kind of sales were possible with us as buyers. Other gentleman that was there that was the bike salesman was waaaay more friendly and willing to engage us as potential customers, but unfortunately we weren't there for bikes. Disappointing to the point we just up and left and will take our business elsewhere. 1500-2000.00 potential of sales didn't seem to matter to him. Edit in response to the owners response: Unfortunately what you say and what was experienced does not match up in the slightest. Courtesy was not the special of the day when we were there and both myself and my brother got the sense that we were not a priority at all. I've worked customer service all my life and I can tell when someone is annoyed at a situation and that's the exact vibe my brother and I got when asking to demo kayaks. Now whether that annoyance was with us or with someone else not passing on information that we were going to be there that day, I don't know, nor do I care. It shouldn't have shown through."

What amazing customer service!!! from the time Mark answered the phone until we left Oconomowoc he helped us and answered every question, even restaurant recommendations. We are very happy with our kayak and relationship we have built with Mark. If you need a kayak, electric bike or trike you should at least talk with Mark."
