"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Charged to fix a leaky oil drain plug but failed to fill utv back up with oil. The Motor blew on the utv within the first few times of driving. Wilson’s refused to fix this mistake. Awful customer service. Save your time and take your business elsewhere."
"I wish I could put a ZERO. As a self employed family income gets tight. Took the UTV in for repairs in preparation to sell. We need to pay the bills. They "fixed" the problem, tightened a leaking oil drain plug, but did not, apparently, put oil into the motor. Unbeknownst to us of course. So after having it 2 weeks, hubby was excited to have it drivable again. Nope. Motor blew due to absence of oil. They refused to fix the problem. Only diagnosed, in fact, the motor is blown. 1. Fixed the initial problem 2. Changed MORE than the bill stated, per banking statement. 3. Made a human error 4. Refused to fix the problem. 5. Now we PAID to not have anything to sell. Watch what you take here to be repaired. 6. Cleanly not enough money for a lawyer.... yet."

"Took a sled in for repair. Twice. After 500$ down the tube they litterally changed smart valves the first time and cleaned powervalves the second... clearly wasn't the issue. Ran no better than before.. Just thought taking it in would be the quick way to get the sled back up for the season. mechanic doesn't have diagnostic skills whatsoever. I wanted a discount for the waste of time but that really didn't happen. I fixed it. When it was time to buy a new sled I happily went to action powersports and had a good experience"
