"I booked a lesson online. The confirmation I received had the correct date, but the incorrect time (which was also outside of their business hours). I attempted to contact on messenger and by phone call. I was unable to obtain clarification for the lesson time. We chose this date and time to celebrate a special day and because we couldn't confirm details, we made other plans so we could celebrate our day with for sure plans. A few days after the lesson would be date, a message was received saying I needed to call to reschedule. I responded with a message explaining my experience. The business responded poorly and accusatory. Not professional at all. I have never google reviewed, but I found this interaction distasteful when I did everything feasable about trying to confirm the details since the wrong time was provided. I will choose to give my business elsewhere but that said I truly do hope the best with Valkyrie."
