"Honestly this is my 2nd visit and I already don’t like this place at all, the very first time I had an 8am appointment and was seen almost 2 hours later with intentions of a follow up visit to see MRI imaging which my insurance denied me of, mind you this gentleman never said anything about me having to do some type of physical therapy which he states is the reason for my denial in the mean time so come my second visit he comes in at 9:44 and my appointment was at 9am fast forward, I got blamed for being denied imaging for not doing PT I was never told to do in the first Appointment. His words were to wait for next appointment so he can see the imaging to even start anything. Just very rude honestly you can tell he just doesn’t care and it really makes me want to find a different place for pain management."
