"i came in here today - one of the worst stores i’ve been to. manager was really disrespectful. i found a cat box toy for 29.99 and online it was 23.99 i explained to her I was fine with getting it online for cheaper than here but I asked for a reduced price and she got an attitude and rolled her eyes. there items are way overpriced & the manager is not setting an good example to the rest of the staff. something needs to change!"

"I came here today and was told that all the orange tags were half off. I was there for at least 45 minutes and then went to check out. As soon as I do the woman tells me she told Me the wrong color I said I understand you made a mistake but I am not paying full price after you told me the orange tags were half off and asked to speak to the manager. Him And the woman next to him gave me a horrible attitude and both said that they would not give me the clothes half off. She told Me after she originally said the color was orange her co worker told her that it was the wrong color. She should have immediately said something to me instead of wasting my time but she didn’t. Literally all of your things are donated. People go to goodwill because they can’t afford brand new clothes. I will be speaking to corporate and will never be returning to your goodwill. You had no respect when I was polite. From what I’m reading your nasty behavior is a recurring problem. I’m shocked any of you have jobs Also to everyone who says this store supports a good cause..less than 10 percent of their profits go to charity. The rest goes in their pockets. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the employees in this store steal by how they act"

"Prices have came up a lot! No good deals anymore. Things are regular retail priced, or priced higher than retail. A lot of things you can buy brand new for cheaper. Thumbs down. I used to shop at Goodwill frequently. They are loosing me as a customer. On the bright side, clean store."

"The prices here are nearly what new retail prices are. They should be reminded that they are getting free donations to sell. On top of that they are harassing you to "Round up to support thier mission" Ok? .... I thought the reselling of the free donations are convering that????"

"Well let's start off with I did indeed find some good things. But, I asked to look inside the glass cabinet to look at a Fitbit and a Google nest. Apparently when I went to grab something my son help me so that I didn't drop anything to look at the next item. As grabbing that item, an item dropped and broke. The Manager Jenni decided that it was acceptable to say "Well great there goes $5.00" beyond not acceptable Ms. Jenni. It was an accident. I think we need some proper classes on what is acceptable to say to a customer. I also will be contacting cooperation over this. Everyone that comes into the store should feel valued and appreciated. Plain out unacceptable behavior on her behalf."
