"It was a little out of our way but I'm so glad we stopped to pick up some fresh cheese curds on our mini vacation weekend. You drive into an industrial park to get there (I thought maybe we were lost at first) but there's a little store front right off their production facility (I believe, at least it looks this way). And I'm sure that helps the freshness! Perfect squeakiness! We tried the regular and tomato basil flavors; recommend both. There are a few other treats to buy as well, in case you have a non-cheese-lover tagging along with you too."
