"I passed by and wanted to check it out. I didn't know that there was a trail here with water access and a waterfall AND cave. The rock formations are so pretty. It is so sad that the rocks and the trees have graffiti all over them. I was a delinquent teen back in my day too but defacing nature never crossed my mind."

"A Tale of two cities. The Good: Nice wayside rest right off the highway. It has ample parking in two parking lots and many picnic tables. There are stairs down to the water with a nice sandy beach area, rock formations and hiking along the beach. The Bad: Lots of trash, graffiti, remnants of and current homeless and fires on the beach."
