"Doug is very rude!!! Very unpleasant and just an all around horrible human being! He was nasty to my wife and didn’t make my bread sticks! He was yelling at the young lady working at the register! We thought that was very inappropriate! She is a very nice young lady and was very perky! I will be calling McDermott! The last few times my wife and I have been in there when Doug has been working it’s just been very unpleasant! The way he speaks to the customers is very unprofessional!! He needs to be canned! Jason needs to do something about him!"
