"I came in on Wednesday, October 25 for an appointment for laser hair removal consultation. I had scheduled the consultation online with Shelby. I got to the appointment 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork at 1:30. I was put into a waiting room office and was told that the nurse practitioner would be in soon but I did not make my appointment with the nurse practitioner and they did not communicate with me that I would no longer be seeing Shelby. They had me waiting in the exam room for over 25 minutes I finally left the room and told them that I had to leave because I had another appointment. They all just stared at me didn’t apologize didn’t try to reschedule the appointment they did not care about my time or being late or even communicating that they were running behind terrible customer service won’t be returning"
