"AVOID Dr. Grace Liu and her team!!! The previous reviewers are spot on, please save yourself the trouble and don't do business with these people, they are utterly disorganized and quite frankly there is nothing special about their probiotics! I have had numerous patients on bifido maximus and only a very all number of them have reported any significant changes to their gut health! Grace always talks up her product like its the most incredible probiotic you'll ever take, but I have been very unimpressed with it and so have my patients. I hate to say it, but I think she just formulated it to make $$$$ and it's really no more effective than most other commercial probiotics. ProbioMed from Designs for Health and Orthobiotic 225 probiotics have gotten me much better results so highly recommend them instead! "Seed" probiotic is also really amazing! Lastly, Grace is very disorganized in her practitioner programs which is too bad because she's super smart and presents great info and research! But I just think she executes it all so poorly. I had one colleague who hated the program so much she complained and got her money back!"

"I am a practioner and just want to warn other practioners of my disappointing experience. I signed up for one of Dr. Grace's Mastermind classes and they are SO DISORGANIZED: -the portal system is a mess and doesn't function well, and they have tons of errors in their forms -their staff are friendly, but they seem lost and confused all the time and don't follow up on my questions -MANY technical issues with their gut Institute website and their wholesale ordering process is a NIGHTMARE -they were not totally up front and clear about what the program includes which is super frustrating considering the amount of money I paid for their program -they were in process of switching from one telehealth platform to another one, which caused a lot of confusion - WHY would you do that in the middle of launching all these programs?! There's more I could go on and on about but I'm tired of wasting my time. I really respect Dr. Liu's knowledge and find the courses and protocols interesting, but its very clear she doesn't know how to run a business or keep her team organized. I just hope they can AT LEAST get their products on Fullscript soon and fix their website so I don't have to deal with them directly."

"They're fulfillment is horrible and very poor in communicating when backorders will be fulfilled. When I have emailed no one replies. They take your money (credit card already charged) but I have no idea when I will receive my order. Dr Lui is so knowledgeable that its disappointing that her business opps is severely lacking. I would order from her but instead using her recommendations and going through another doc on fullscript."
