"I'm highly disappointed with the service Mr. Brown directly provided me. I was brought to him by my boyfriend. I mean he hyped this guy up! Truly thought the world of this guy. And what's sad is his communication style is truly horrible. For 2 months I been waiting for the "judge to approve my settlement" (was approved for the funds and even signed a contract for my settlement) and soon as I ask him for more information like why are we still waiting and what is the next steps and to please "stand on business" and provide accurate and efficient details I get a letter sent to my home of my case being suspended. I am highly frustrated. I asked Mr. Brown via text (which is already a red flag cause why are we texting and where are the people who work in your office to deal with these situations) He told me I didn't need to go to the doctors for proof of my case and after all is said and done he or the court suspended my case due to lack of proof. What's crazy is I thought this man was truly upstanding. But after realizing a lot and realizing that no matter what career you're in every body is flawed. I was hoping if he felt offended by me saying "stand on business" to communicate that directly to me instead of being passive aggressive. Understandably anyone would feel frustrated with the lack of information and communication being provided so naturally me being in my feels and letting him know "stand on business" was me being firm in wanting a response as to what's going on. That's all. Matching my response and being passive aggressive showed me his maturity and professionalism. Mind you I don't even say "stand on business" and thought it was hilarious to pick this time to say it. I was hoping for some honesty and understanding. Instead my case got suspended. Please beware of unprofessional lawyers no matter if they know your family or not. Always notice the red flags. Always. Very disappointed with the outcome as I shouldn't have to beg someone who is assisting me and also getting paid for further details on my case. I pray Mr. Brown changes his style of communication. I'm sure the way he communicates effects all aspects of his life. I pray he has more understanding for how people who are frustrated with the way he does his duties responds to him. I expected so much more from this experience. Very disappointed and would not recommend."
