"Talk about bait and switch. I purchased a $1000 pool cleaner from Leslie’s. Called a few months after the purchase to let Robert know that the quick connect adapter is leaking. He said, no problem, I’ll order a replacement for you, bring the broken part in and we will swap it. I went in to the store after taking out the adapter and Robert said, I can simply just tighten the broken adapter with a wrench, if it still leaks, I can sell you the replacement part for $44. Really??? Terrible business..."

"At Leslie's pool supply they help me with everything from fixing my broken poles, nets and Polaris to checking my water for free and giving me the EXACT STEPS to balance it. I love the new management under Chantel they have gotten over the last month and the place looks good and operates great, extremely knowledgeable staff and extensive product. Don't let a "chemical smell" deter you from coming on in and asking a couple questions. 6 stars."
