"I love the product but not the store! This is from my experience in 2023, not sure if things have changed now. Decided to leave a review because of the tread+ delivery delays. With the right salesman, they would have made me buy the tread a year back. I have been to this place multiple times and everytime I feel a strange negative vibe from the sales team. It felt as if they are not excited to see us come in. Experience is gradually improving or I got used to it but I eventually convinced myself to ignore the vibes and ordered a bike+ and tread+ recently. Guess what - because of the demand for tread+; no one has a clue of when it will be delivered and they can’t help it seems. I should have ordered online or at a different store. I don’t know who attends their phone but that lady can be very rude. Not patient and I got a response saying none of the customers have issues with tread+ delivery delays, just me! Check the online forums and they say a totally different story! They convinced deliveries will start end of January or mid Feb maximum when placing the order. Horrible communication from the store reps! Since I’m a regular visitor to valley fair and a peloton well wisher, I would update the review if there is change in scene but for now, you have to do better! And please stop gossiping in front of customers!"

"Don’t buy a Peloton from Santa Clara or any other Peloton Avenue. Save yourself the headaches they gave us. Here’s my experience from start to finish. I’ll keep it brief. Went into the store, got super stoked about the product, decided to purchase the product, scheduled a delivery date (7/25), delivery company (3rd party) calls 7/24 to tell us they can’t deliver on 7/25 but they can make it 7/28. Not sure what alternative universe the delivery company lives in where they think people can just change their work schedules less than a week in advance. We decided to cancel our Peloton order. If this is the type of service we are dealing with before we even have the product, I’m going to have to pass. Worse part, Peloton never took ownership of the delivery issues. We get it, Peloton uses a third party to deliver their product, but you made the choice of going with the third party!! Get it together Peloton you loss out on thousands of dollars! Step your game up or risk going under."

"Visited the showroom at Valley Fair mall in Santa Clara to address an issue we had been experiencing with support back in NY. Tristan was the first employee to help us. We explained our problem to him and he immediately got on the with support and fixed the problem!! He was extremely nice & helpful!! Also, Emily & Sam who were also employees there at the store were very nice and assuring us that they were all there to help! Such friendly and helpful employees who went above & beyond and assured that we were taken care of! Thank you Tristan, Emily & Sam!!"

They have treadmill and and futuristic looking stationary bikes. the staff are accommodating and they let test you the sports equipment. The equipments require subscription if you want to join online classes."
