"My experience with new cardiologist Dr. Dietz, replacing Dr. Ivanovich has been bad. My first visit I was accused of taking ecstasy. Very wrong and demeaning. Then he was requiring a heart stress test before I could be cleared for cancer surgery. Turns out, after jumping through many hoops to get it done in only a 4 day window, the clearance was already approved. I can't TRUST this doctor. Help..."

"This Office is terrible, I have called over 6 times with no return calls. The office turns off the phones "so they can catch up?" I'm sorry so what about the patients that need to have a call back. I had an ultrasound done Last year and not one call to go over results of any type and when I called to get some kind of feed back I received no calls. Here we are over 5 months and still no calls. Adventist health is about numbers not patient care and it shows!! And I can't even get a new referral because my primary care provider left Adventist health in November. They are getting a star but only because its making me put one. These Hospitals are getting worse as the year go on!! Start demonstrating your Mission "HEALTH, HOPE AND WHOLENESS!!'"

"This office NEVER opens on time for phone calls. You call and get the answering service during business hours a lot! I was running late once and tried to contact the office to let them know and left several messages with the answering service. When I got there it was fully staffed and I said that the answering service picked up and was told that they kept it shut off to catch up. bull!!! Adventist Health management should look into this. Ridiculous."

"I have helped my neighbors get to this place. If their medical skills are similar to their social skills I would not go here. Too many people who work in this cynical industry no longer bother to pretend that they care about anything but the money."
