"Awful. Came to try to cash my check lady had a thick accent so I misunderstood her and said yes to a question. Gave them all the information I was asked to give but because I miss understood her and verbally said yes to a question she was not clear on she said she couldn't cash it anymore and claimed that by law since I had already said yes she couldn't do anything. Went to a chase bank and they told me that that was a total lie. Both the red haired lady and the curly haired "manager" were absolutely rude and no help. I'm not one to leave reviews but I really felt the need to. Felt because of my race/what I looked like they didn't want to help me even though I gave them everything they asked."

"I just had a really great experience with this store. I was using WalMart to cash checks & I didn't realize how much they were charging me. Then, because of the Covid they are no longer offering Financial Services. I was in a bind to get some checks cash. They are professional, knowledgeable and really helped me with some extra service I didn't even know about. Highly recommend them."
