"Halfway through a ride from Minneapolis to LaCrosse, my cable snapped in Lake City. With no bike shops nearby, I called River Rider and explained my predicament. Without hesitation, they drove 15 miles to me, picked up my bike and took it back to the shop. There, they fixed it within 2 hours and drove it back to me that night, good as new. They completely saved my trip, and charged a very reasonable price. Thank you, River Rider!"

"we brought three bikes in to get serviced and derailer adjustments 1 bike came back with absolutely nothing done to it still a broken spoke completely loose handle bars and all flats, the next bike a specialized this bike only needed new tires and a derailer adjustment the bike came back with neither of these done all he did was crimp the brake line in the back because the wire was frayed. the other bike only needed to be greased up and brake adjustments nothing in that sort was done. it made me very angry and truly i want my money back but i am not petty super disappointed will not be going back and will not recommend it to anyone no service sheet or anything was given to me when we left quite frankly i think nothing was done. do not recommend."

"I snapped a rear derailleur cable on a long distance bike trip shortly before reaching Wabasha. I brought it to this shop (also called River Rider Cycle) and the owner worked an hour and a half past closing to get me rolling again that day. He did an excellent job, not only replacing my cable, but getting my derailleur and brakes working better than before I stopped."
