"The best word to describe this place is, nostalgic. A main stay in the community, family owned and one of a kind. This restaurant has been around for decades. When you go start with the broasted chicken. It is juicy and full of flavor. My friend and I split a 1/2 all white meat chicken dinner for only $16.95. I also had a bloody Mary that came with a very good meat stick. I love the old bar. Go on off hours if you don't want to wait. You will love this place!!"

"So we called from St Paul, she did not need a name for a call in order, she said they would know when we got here. When we got there, we were greeted with a fantastic smile was about to hand us menus, I said we called, she said your order just came up. We had two fabulous burgers, very reasonable. It’s just a nice place. You can always stop in and know that you’re gonna get good food and good service."

"In all the years driving Hwy 52, I had never stopped here... Now I know it should be a plan to stop. My husband and I stopped for burgers. To my delight, my medium-rare burger was cooked perfectly! To my husband's dismay, he forgot to order his that way, but it did not stop him from devouring his mushroom Swiss! The sweet potato fries were average and could have been cooked a bit longer to add some crispness."
