The only problem I had today is that the website states that their open 9am to 7pm and the app states the same hours. I had a ride take me to my ace express store on Sherman Way in North Hollywood and they were closed! That was a wasted trip due to the fact that today I have no car and someone took time out of their schedule to accommodate me and I had to be apologetic for wasting their time and gas to come pick me up in Burbank and that is my only complaint!
