"I’m disappointed that on the original consultation with John Sylvester that the plan changed once I paid for the retainer to provide an opinion. The charges are ludicrous, harassed to replenish the retainer for a delayed opinion, and when I decided to disengage, his team mentions that I won’t be receiving my refund until the end of the billing cycle (end of the month). I had to request to escalate this request. I’ve worked with other attorneys and never had any of them hold my refund. Update to my review: From the result of not removing my review, Robert Russell withheld more of my retainer money from what was originally discussed as my refund. This firm is all about retaliation and money. They are not in it for the fiduciary responsibility for their client. All I wanted was an opinion that could’ve been given over a free consultation."
