"I experienced an unpleasant incident and was recommended to speak with Ian Pancer. I was initially very wary and skeptical, but he penciled me into his schedule immediately. Ian spent close to 2 hours hearing my story and taking comprehensive notes, printing out my pertinent documentation and reciting the entirety of the issue in brevity, yet with great detail.
